October is here and that means MASQUERADE!!! This year we are revisiting the "Haunted House" theme and for our first spook of the month we bring you the new Phantom Draak base! Phantom Draaks are limited edition bases and the chrysalids will be available in the chrysalis cave during the month of October for 15 beads each. There will also be ways to win free chrysalids during our Masquerade festivities so keep your eyes on the news for that! Phantom Draaks are semi transparent; as such they will look somewhat unusual and have some unexpected behaviors in the custom demo. We recommend that you check your design on both black and white backgrounds to see what works best as a preview for your particular design. Also PLEASE NOTE: Rainbow enigma appears to mess with the transparency, so please keep that in mind when designing! 11 Comments

Thankyou all for your patience, the gold ocelotlcoatls are now ready! The thread is now updated with a numbered list of all completed overlays! Please have a look through this thread at the available overlays. If you have have a special ocelotlcoatl token, you may choose up to THREE customs that you particularly would like to have for EACH token that you hold (only one vote per person per overlay, however - you can't vote 3 times for the same overlay if you are entitled to three overlays, for example). **please transfer your special ocelotlcoatl token(s) to grimoiredays (#23309) BEFORE making your selection on the choice thread. This is so we acn keep track of who is entitled to an overlay from the thread** You may choose up to THREE customs that you do not particularly want for each that you are entitled to. You will not be guaranteed to NOT get any of the customs that you have indicated you do not want. Your chances of receiving one of the customs you do particularly want will depend on how many other people have signed up for that particular custom, and the vagaries of the random number generator, though we try to make sure nobody recieves one they dislike :) All customs that someone has indicated an interest in will be raffled off first via random number generator. I will then proceed down the list of remaining customs, in order, and assign them to a new owner via random number generator. You have ONE WEEK from today to make your choices. After the draw, you will be asked to put in a help desk with the underlay choice for your overlay. The underlay for the gold ocelotlcoatls is of course, the ocelotlcoatl asadia!Please post ONE post per person on this thread, stating your choices. Please do not post anything else on this thread. If you wish to comment on the overlays, please post any comments on the display thread posted above.
