We are currently experiencing an issue where paypal is not automatically crediting purchased beads. This is an issue on PAYPAL's end, not our end. We have all records of beads purchased so you will get your beads, don't worry - they are simply not being handed out automatically. However in the meantime, please DO NOT initiate any claims or chargebacks for bead purchases. This will only cause more delay in getting everyone their beads in a timely manner. We will be communicating with paypal today to get this issue resolved.
