You can view all available overlays by clicking Resources -> Overlay Index and then finding "Bead Bribery Licornes" in the Events tab.  Buy 50 beads and receive your choice of fruity ice cream themed Licorne elixirs with ayalar or bebe khirin unders included! We've released these overlays as elixirs to make selling/trading them easier, but to use them you MUST submit a support ticket or forfeit the free "under". If you use the elixir from your inventory on an existing khimera, you will not receive the free ayalar or bebe khirin under, so be aware of that beforehand! Your free "under" includes UNLIMITED patterns, enigmas, and glows (sorry, no doubled patterns are allowed). Please be sure to claim your BB elixir via support ticket in a timely manner (within a week of bead purchase). You can take as long as you like to actually use the elixir. Make sure you include a link to your "under" design when you submit your ticket to use your elixir. If you are unsure of how any of this works, you can ask Onyx! (#Overlord).
